Born in the USA and raised as a Berliner, Alec has always been fascinated by how people use technology. From a young age, he developed a keen interest in computers, spending many late nights tinkering with hardware and software. This early passion ignited a lifelong pursuit of understanding the intricacies of technology.

After a brief stint studying business, Alec started his own IT consulting company, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in web development and server administration. This entrepreneurial venture further fueled his desire to work in tech.

Alec joined HV Capital as a working student, where he is now a resident IT specialist. He is excited to leverage his technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to support promising startups and drive technological innovation, and is motivated by environments and people who challenge him to learn and grow.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Alec is an avid cook, often spending many hours in the kitchen. He also enjoys outdoor activities like jogging and taking long walks with friends, which provide him with much-needed balance and inspiration.

Alec is motivated by the thrill of discovery and the challenge of mastering complex technologies. He believes that technology should empower people, not hinder them. By building user-friendly systems and products, he hopes to contribute to a future where technology enhances our lives.
