BiruteBagdonaite

Birute is Office Manager at HV’s Berlin office, bringing a multidimensional perspective and a service-driven approach drawn from a career defined by curiosity and a deep appreciation for human experience. Originally from Vilnius, she grew up in classical music and trained to become a choir and orchestra conductor, continuing her studies at the Hanns Eisler Academy in Berlin and working as an understudy conductor across Germany and Lithuania.

A pivotal moment came when she realised the world stretched far beyond the classical music sphere, and her journey since has spanned producing ceramics, Michelin-starred restaurants and speakeasy bars, dental practice support, and intensive-care patient services. Studs Terkel's Working shaped her belief that every environment offers something worth understanding. Off the clock: sport, ambitious cooking and baking, reading, sewing, writing, and quiet moments at home with her dog, Teddy.
