Self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie Dominik was drawn to the dynamism of venture capital and entrepreneurship. He is deeply motivated by supporting ambitious founders with his strategic mindset and passion for early-stage innovation, combining robust financial training with a deep appreciation for entrepreneurial drive.

Born and raised in Augsburg, Dominik completed his bachelor's degree at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management before pursuing a master's in finance at ISM, including a semester abroad in Oslo, Norway. During his studies, he gained diverse experience through internships at BMW, Tecta Invest, Bethmann Bank, and PwC, exploring asset management, auditing, and investment consulting. These experiences sharpened his interest in investments and strategic decision-making.

Dominik thrives in fast-paced environments where short decision-making cycles and creative freedom define daily work, so his proximity to startups and the opportunity to engage with innovative ideas at their earliest stages make him an enthusiastic member of the HV team.

Dominik's upbringing near the mountains shaped his character early on, and he still finds balance, discipline, and inspiration in sports and nature. A passionate footballer and fan, he values the team spirit and competitive mentality of the game; he also enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and other mountain activities keep him active in the outdoors.
