A professional athlete and entrepreneur, Frazier’s athletic discipline, founder mentality, and financial expertise make him a sharp analyst and powerful addition to HV Capital’s team.

Growing up in a military family, frequent moves across England, Northern Ireland, Wales, Kenya, and Germany required Frazier to develop adaptability at an early age. After studying Economics at the University of Bath, Frazier competed internationally for the Great Britain Rowing Team before founding an e-commerce startup in the maternity space, securing distribution through major UK retailers including John Lewis and Jojo Maman Bebe. Most recently, he spent two years as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan advising banks, insurers, and asset managers on M&A transactions.

Being one of two sets of twins, Frazier says he grew up with a competitive nature that took him to competing as an athlete at an international level. These days, he's motivated by the opportunity to collaborate with visionary founders driving meaningful change, and by making his wife, Scarlett, proud.

Outside of work, Frazier maintains his athletic roots. He still trains regularly and is an avid fan of rugby, Formula 1, and football - though as a Manchester United supporter, he admits to watching matches less frequently these days.
