Frazier grew up across five countries in a military family, moving between six countries before finishing school. That kind of upbringing either breaks your adaptability or builds it permanently. For Frazier, it built it. He studied Economics at the University of Bath, then competed internationally for the Great Britain Rowing Team. From there, he founded an e-commerce startup in the maternity space, securing distribution through John Lewis and Jojo Maman Bébé. Two years at J.P. Morgan followed, advising banks, insurers and asset managers on M&A. He joined HV Capitals’ Growth Team in London bringing along a unique combination: athletic discipline, founder mentality, and financial expertise, all before thirty.

Frazier focuses on growth-stage companies in the UK across B2B software, AI and consumer. His background across elite sport, founding a company and financial advisory gives him a genuine range when working with founders at different stages of the scaling journey.
