Curious by nature and driven by a strong foundation in finance, Hannah brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to fund operations. With a broad background across budgeting, controlling, and reporting, she combines technical expertise with a holistic understanding of how the different moving parts of a fund come together.

Originally from a small village in Lower Austria, Hannah moved to Vienna at 19 to pursue her studies in Financial, Accounting, and Tax Management at the University of Applied Sciences WKW. From the outset, she balanced a full-time role alongside her studies, often transitioning straight from work into evening lectures. This structure suited her well and led her to continue with a Master’s in Finance while working in parallel. At the beginning of her studies, she joined Austrian venture capital fund APEX Ventures, where she spent five years as a Finance Manager, gaining experience across budgeting, fund controlling, and reporting. This generalist background now supports her focus on cap tables and valuations, where understanding the full picture is key. In February 2026, she relocated to Munich to join HV Capital.

Hannah’s interest in venture capital started early through an internship at the Austria Wirtschaftsservice Gründerfonds. She later gained international experience during a two-month stay in Canada, where she supported Austrian startups expanding abroad through a volunteer role with the Austrian Economic Chamber.

She is motivated by a strong desire to learn and enjoys continuously expanding her knowledge across different areas of fund operations. Outside of work, Hannah recharges through travel, with a preference for destinations that offer nature, vibrant cities, or time by the sea. Sunshine is her main source of energy, while quieter moments are spent at home with her two cats. A family-oriented person, she values time with loved ones, whether staying active or simply enjoying time together.
