Raised in a close-knit family and playing in a volleyball team, Kristin grew up with strong bonds and values of integrity, trust, and kindness. This supportive environment, and an active, outdoorsy childhood kept Kristin in Munich for both her Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Business Administration & Management.

She was introduced to startups and entrepreneurship as a working student, and later as Head of Finance in an early-stage PropTech company. She discovered first-hand the dedication and unique spirit of working in a startup environment, as well as the challenges of fundraising and pivots.

As a trusted partner of both management and investors, she successfully navigated the company through multiple financing rounds and the company's exit in 2022.

After five years, Kristin wanted to expand her skills and gain further work experience in the startup world. She jumped at the opportunity to broaden her horizons and tackle new professional challenges by joining the HV Capital’s finance team.

In her spare time, you will most likely find Kristin recharging her batteries in the mountains or planning her next vacation. Kristin’s goal is to visit as many countries as she is years old.
