Laura joined as a member of the HV Capital Team in early 2022 as Legal Counsel. 

At HV, Laura is mainly responsible for all transaction- related matters, new investments, and financing rounds. 

Before joining HV, Laura gained experience at law firms in Munich and Tokyo. Laura studied law at the University of Regensburg and finished her second state exam in Munich while working as a legal trainee at Linklaters LLP.

After graduating, Laura started at Clifford Chance LLP where she worked for a few years in the M&A and Private Equity team before she joined Milbank LLP to continue to foster her experience in these areas. She is now excited to discover the world of venture capital and the operational side of the business. In her spare time, Laura enjoys traveling and playing sports.
