Laura is a Director Legal at HV, leading on transactions, new investments, and financing rounds. She studied law at the University of Regensburg and completed her second state exam in Munich while serving as a legal trainee at Linklaters, including a stint in Tokyo.

After graduating she joined Clifford Chance, where she spent several years on M&A and private equity deals, before moving to Milbank LLP to deepen her transactional expertise. She joined HV in early 2022, drawn by the chance to work alongside founders and shape companies from the legal side through their fastest-moving phases. Off the clock: travel, sport, and a contributor's role on the upcoming legal handbook Recht für Start-ups.
