Luisa Textor has always danced to the beat of her own drum—quite literally. Growing up in Bonn, she discovered a passion for ballet early on and even became a World Champion in her youth. That same drive and discipline fueled her academic journey, first at the University of St. Gallen for her Bachelor’s and later at London Business School for her Master’s.

Her career mirrors this blend of grace and tenacity. An internship at Celonis first exposed her to the dynamic world of startups, where she experienced the fast-paced, problem-solving culture of a successful startup. Meanwhile, her experience at Left Lane Capital sharpened her eye for promising ventures. Next, she embraced the thrill of early-stage company-building as a Founder's Associate at GoKarla in London, rolling up her sleeves alongside the founder to learn the ins and outs of scaling a business from the ground up.

Driven to broaden her strategic and investment toolkit, Luisa then joined McKinsey, where she supported global clients on wealth management, private equity, and fund structuring initiatives. With a strong network across the DACH and UK regions, she brings a unique combination of strategic insight, investment experience, and a deep understanding of the startup landscape to her role.

Guided by her cheerful spirit, she channels her innate positivity into everything she does. She’s also an enthusiastic animal lover and firmly believes there’s no better way to celebrate a fulfilling day than by cooking up a storm with good friends. Fueled by an insatiable curiosity and the same boundless energy that once led her to world-stage ballet victories, Luisa’s passion for learning, connecting, and creating is the driving force behind everything she pursues.
