Luise is Executive Assistant at HV. She grew up south of Munich, in the small town of Bad Tölz close to the Alps, where her parents had relocated from northern Germany. After school she spent a year as an au pair in the USA, then completed a banking apprenticeship at the Kreissparkasse Miesbach-Tegernsee and stayed on for seven years.

A few months in Australia followed, and then a stint at her father's law office back home. When she met the HV team in 2013, the authenticity of the people made the decision easy: she joined as Executive Assistant and has been there since. For Luise, the role is diverse and exciting every day; the team is what makes it better. Off the clock: travel, time outdoors, and the mountains that have always been close by.
