Martina is responsible for Business Intelligence at HV. She joined the firm in 2000 as a PR Assistant, but took over responsibility for IT and website projects after just one year. From 2010 to 2021, she served as Head of IT. Since 2021, she has led the design and implementation of HV's Business Intelligence platform, delivering business analyses and driving digitalisation initiatives within the Finance team.

 During her time at HV, she also worked as QA Manager at Audible GmbH from 2004 to 2009. She began her career within the Holtzbrinck Publishing Group, working in Controlling and Corporate Development.
