ABOUT RICHARD
A passionate technologist with a background in computer science and business, Richard developed a keen eye for identifying promising startups in the tech hubs of Munich and Zurich—which he has now trained on the dynamic Berlin ecosystem.
Richard comes to HV Capital with extensive experience across a variety of roles, including Data Scientist at Celonis, a leadership position at a student-led consultancy, due diligence and portfolio management at Occident, and sourcing and investing in promising startups at Founderful Campus. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and a M.Sc. in Management, Technology, and Economics from ETH Zurich, an interdisciplinary education that has equipped him with a unique blend of technical and business acumen.
With his passion for technology and business and experience in data science, management consulting, and venture capital, Richard is well-positioned to identify the next generation of European tech leaders and support our exceptional founders.
