Sybille began her career with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at Siemens AG. She then moved into a role at the Nokia Siemens Network, driving the Business Analysis team with responsibility for business development. Another important part of this position was product optimization on the commercial side.i

Since 2010 Sybille has been a member of the HV Capital team in Munich. She is responsible for general finance and administration with an additional focus on controlling and reporting. Sybille is the interface between the finance and legal departments. She possesses high levels of skill in communication and negotiation.

The aspect of the VC business that fascinates Sybille the most is supporting entrepreneurs in bringing their ideas to life, while shaping the future.

In her spare time, Sybille is a passionate student and teacher of Yoga, empowering her students to thrive every day, stay open minded and continuously grow as human beings. Sybille also loves to recharge in nature and to explore different cultures while traveling.
