Sybille is a Finance Manager at HV, where she has helped shape the firm's financial and operational infrastructure for more than 16 years. Over the course of her career at HV Capital, she has gained extensive experience across fund operations, reporting, financial processes, and organizational initiatives. Beyond her core finance responsibilities, she often serves as a connector across teams, contributing to areas such as hiring, workshop facilitation, and collaboration with legal and other business functions.

 Before joining HV Capital, Sybille held finance and controlling roles at Siemens and Nokia Siemens Networks. Prior to that, she studied English and Journalism at Leipzig University, an experience that sparked a lasting interest in communication, ideas, and understanding different perspectives.

 While her professional foundation is in finance, Sybille sees herself as a generalist at heart—someone who enjoys connecting the dots between people, disciplines, and seemingly unrelated ideas. She is driven by a lifelong curiosity and a constant desire to learn, particularly about the themes that connect us rather than separate us.

 Outside of work, her interests range from philosophy and architecture to Eastern spiritual traditions. An avid reader, she is always exploring new ideas and is rarely without a book recommendation to share.
