Tanita grew up in Bulgaria and moved to Munich to study Business Administration after graduating high school. Leaving home at the age of 18, she quickly learned how to live on her own in a new country and culture. For Tanita, looking beyond, "your own nose," and taking risks are essential to achieving your goals. You have to leave your comfort zone because hard work on its own is not enough.

Tanita has a strong private equity and venture capital background, as well as significant experience across the finance sector. This started early in her first semester at university, working for Allianz Capital Partners, followed by Munich Private Equity Partners and RWB PrivateCapital Emissionshaus AG. She then gained valuable experience in tax and audit in two of the big four – Deloitte and EY.

Tanita believes entrepreneurial success is the source of everybody's wealth in society. Her work as a finance manager helps founders and investors to make success transparent. It contributes to making the right decisions at the right time.

After just one and a half years working for RWB PrivateCapital Emissionshaus AG, Tanita was promoted to Head of Investment Controlling at the young age of 25. Leading and being responsible for a team at that age can be challenging. Motivation and strong listening abilities helped her with the job.

In her spare time Tanita likes to sew clothes, and enjoys being outside in nature, hiking or riding bikes.
