Tanita is Director Finance, Fund Operations and Investor Relations at HV. She grew up in Bulgaria and moved to Munich at 18 to study Business Administration – a leap she credits with teaching her that hard work alone is not enough; you have to leave the comfort zone too. Her PE and VC background started early, with roles at Allianz Capital Partners, Munich Private Equity Partners, and RWB PrivateCapital, where she was promoted to Head of Investment Controlling at 25.

She then sharpened her audit and tax expertise at Deloitte and EY before joining HV in 2021. Her work makes founders' and investors' success transparent. It is the kind of work that lets the right decisions get made at the right time. Off the clock, Tanita sews her own clothes, hikes, and is happiest on a bike in nature.
