An investor with a deep interest in the human experience, Vincent brings both expertise and insight to the HV investment team.

Raised between Bavaria and Chicago, the duality of his small-town/big-city upbringing shaped his worldview of staying close to his roots while seeing the bigger picture. Vincent’s finance journey began with a BSc in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a double MSc in International Management and Finance through the CEMS Masters program from RSM and Bocconi University. Following his studies, Vincent honed his investment skills in renewables, healthcare and industrial tech—first at Morgan Stanley in London and then EQT in Munich.

Driven by an interest in physical and mental health, Vincent takes fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing seriously. As well as being active on the court (his favourite sports are tennis, padel, and squash), Vincent also loves to hold court for friends by hosting dinner parties and cooking elaborate meals. 

His fascination for psychology makes Vincent socially curious, and he thrives in the dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment of venture capital. Vincent can be found in the thick of the constant exchange of ideas and the energy that permeates the industry—whether advocating for a promising deal or being convinced of another's vision.
