Growing up in a small town in the Polish mountains, Zuzanna has always been curious to discover the world. Her determination and enthusiasm have led her to earn a Bachelor's degree in International Business at Rotterdam School of Management. She also completed a Master's Degree in Finance at Esade Business School in Barcelona. Having lived in the Netherlands, United States, Kenya, Spain, United Kingdom, and Germany and hiking to the most remote locations globally, she developed a strong appreciation for different people, cultures, and the diverse ways we experience the world. On a professional level, her desire to explore multiple paths ultimately led her to gather experiences across organizations such as NGOs, early-stage ventures, and large corporates worldwide.

She started her professional career in a start-up in Nairobi, Kenya, where she learned that the life of a founder is filled with constant ups & downs. Similarly, she developed a genuine appreciation for big ideas, the complexity of running a business, and the power of teamwork.

Before joining HV, Zuzanna spent two years in private debt and private equity at BlackRock in London. Here she focused on climate tech and renewable power investments across Europe and gained hands-on deal experience. She developed a strong commitment to working towards a better future and embraced the spirit of being a lifelong student of technology, markets, and the world. At Goldman Sachs and Global Founders Capital, she gained valuable know-how in investment banking and venture capital. At HV Capital, Zuzanna focuses on Fintech & B2B SaaS.

Discussing disruptive ideas and meeting founders with an ambition to challenge how we live our everyday lives or run businesses across the globe are the things that excite her most. She loves supporting extraordinary visions, building long-lasting relationships, and helping others solve complex problems. In her spare time, you will most likely find Zuzanna hiking in the mountains, reading the next best-seller, or cooking for friends & family.
