Ann-Christin invests in early-stage startups across AI and consumer, from Pre-Seed to Series A. Before she ever looked at a cap table, she spent over a decade competing as a dancer in jazz and modern dance - learning what it takes to perform under pressure and win as a team. She studied Business Administration in Mannheim and completed her Master's in Management & Finance at NOVA SBE in Lisbon. Her career began in consumer growth investing, followed by over two years on HV's Growth team before joining Early Stage. Having worked across both growth and early stage investing, she brings sharp pattern recognition on what strong unit economics and scalable KPIs actually look like in practice.
